Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PulseMe mobile application or website (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What PulseMe Is

PulseMe is a location-based marketplace of intent. Users post short-lived listings ("pulses") describing something they are seeking or offering, discover nearby pulses on a map or list, and communicate directly with each other. PulseMe is a venue only — we are not a party to any arrangement, transaction, or exchange between users.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must register with accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the pulses, messages, reviews, photos, and other content you post. You agree not to:

Post anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes another person's rights;
Offer or seek prohibited goods or services (weapons, drugs, stolen property, sexual services, or anything unlawful in your jurisdiction);
Harass, threaten, or defame other users, or post spam;
Misrepresent your location or identity, or scrape / harvest data from the Service;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

5. Transactions Between Users

Any agreement you reach with another user is strictly between you and that user. PulseMe does not vet users, guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of anything offered, or handle payments between users. Exercise the same caution you would with any stranger, especially when meeting in person.

6. Location Data

The Service depends on location. Pulses are shown to other users at the location you choose when posting. Do not post a location you are not comfortable sharing publicly. See our Privacy Policy for details on how location data is handled.

7. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the reviewed user. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by PulseMe and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant PulseMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from interactions or transactions between users, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@pulseme-app.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
